Welcome to Kourtee. Kourtee is a sports court booking platform that helps users discover venues and submit booking requests. By using Kourtee, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Platform Role
Kourtee is a technology platform and booking facilitator only. Kourtee is not the owner or operator of listed venues unless expressly stated. Kourtee does not provide the sports court service itself.
2. Booking Relationship
Any booking made through Kourtee is between the user and the relevant venue owner or operator. Venue owners are responsible for their court availability, pricing, venue rules, booking confirmation, cancellations, and service delivery.
3. Payment Disclaimer
Payments made in connection with a booking are paid directly by the user to the venue owner using the payment details provided for that venue. Kourtee does not receive, hold, process, or control customer funds.
4. Payment Proof and Verification
Users may be asked to upload payment proof for booking verification. Submission of payment proof does not automatically guarantee confirmation. Venue owners are responsible for verifying payments and confirming bookings.
5. Booking Accuracy
Users must provide accurate booking details, contact details, and payment information. Kourtee may rely on the information submitted by users and venue owners and does not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, or error-free.
6. Venue Responsibility
Venue owners are solely responsible for the condition of their venue, the accuracy of their listing details, their business operations, and the fulfillment of confirmed bookings.
7. User Conduct
Users agree not to misuse the platform, submit false booking requests, upload fraudulent payment proof, attempt to disrupt platform operations, or use Kourtee for unlawful activity.
8. Beta / Testing Status
Kourtee may still be in beta or testing. Features, availability, design, and functionality may change without notice. Some parts of the service may be incomplete, interrupted, or modified as the platform evolves.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kourtee shall not be liable for venue service issues, booking disputes, payment disputes between user and venue, venue cancellations, inaccurate venue information, lost opportunities, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
10. No Guarantee
Kourtee does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, booking approval, payment confirmation, venue quality, or suitability of any venue for a user’s needs.
11. Suspension or Removal
Kourtee may suspend, restrict, or remove access to the platform or any listing where necessary for operational, legal, fraud-prevention, or safety reasons.
12. Changes to Terms
Kourtee may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means the user accepts the revised terms.
